You must have QuickTime version 7.1 or newer installed to view the clips. You do NOT need to purchase Quicktime Pro to play the movies. Quicktime is available as a FREE download. Please be aware that there are certain minimum requirements to use Quicktime 7.1 or newer.

Be sure that your QuickTime player is set as the default player for all video and streaming video (you may have another media player which is currently set a the default) You can make these adjustments by opening up QuickTime's "QuickTime preferences" and checking all the boxes for making it the default player
Finally, you may want to simply re-boot your computer.
